Working in the technician industry for a few years helps you realize just how many computer users out there have no idea what’s going on with their systems. It’s frustrating not only for me but for them as well when they call in because they are having many different issues with their systems. It becomes incredibly frustrating for the customer when you have done all the work you can with their computer, which sometimes isn’t much and the last and final step is to format their computer.
